REFUND POLICY
At Monday Mood, we want you to love wearing your vibe.
If something's not right, we'll fix it.
WE OFFER REFUNDS FOR:
• Wrong item shipped (we sent you matcha when you ordered coffee vibes)
• Damaged products (arrived looking rougher than your Monday)
• Defective prints (faded, cracked, or otherwise not up to standard)
• Must be unused and be returned in the same condition in which you received your item
NOT COVERED:
• Change of mind (our designs are made-to-order just for you)
• Wrong size ordered (check that size chart before checkout!)
• Normal wear and tear (even the best vibes fade eventually)
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND:
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at: support@mondaymood.store
Include:
• Your order number
• Photo of the issue (if damaged/defective)
• Brief description of what's wrong
We'll review and respond within 2-3 business days.
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
